Two Private Function rooms are located on the second storey of Hart House. While each room may be rented separately, they are joined by a passageway and may be rented as a single unit for larger gatherings. Up to 80 guests may be accommodated in a single room. If both rooms are rented, however, there is space for up to 100 sit-down guests, or 150 guests at a reception-style event. The larger room features a working fireplace; both rooms offer excellent views of the
estate grounds.

The Private Function rooms are available from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM or from 6:00 PM to midnight. The Saturday rental fee is $600; on all other days the fee is $400. Please inquire about off-season rates.
