The Tent

The Tent can accommodate 200 guests comfortably. It has a full floor, dance floor, and a draped ceiling with chandeliers, and includes sidewalls and heaters. Our Tent season starts in mid-May and ends with the first weekend in October. Wedding ceremonies take place on the lawn and are moved into the reception space in inclement weather. Rental of the tent includes use of the Lakeside Cottage.

Main Restaurant

Hart House Restaurant's main dining room is available for exclusive buyout bookings and can accommodate up to 80 guests seated, and 100 reception-style. In the summer months this includes access to one of the Lower Mainland's most gorgeous patios.
The restaurant features four fireplaces, a bar and a sound system for background music and speeches.

Lakeside Cottage

The Lakeside Cottage is perfect for groups of 10 to 32 guests. It is located a short distance from the main restaurant. This venue has a fireplace , private washroom facilities and offers access to the lawn for receptions, lawn games and small wedding ceremonies.

The rental includes a small sound system for background music inside the room.

Rosedale Room

The Rosedale Room is located on the second floor and seats up to 60 guests at round tables.

It has windows overlooking Deer lake, a fireplace and a separate bar area.

This Room is best suited for receptions only, since it cannot be booked in conjunction with outdoor ceremonies. The adjacent Avalon Room is perfect for an intimate ceremony of up to 36 guests.
