Main Course

Fraser Valley Turkey Roulade

Aged Manchego Potato Puree, Crispy Brussels Sprouts,

 Maple & Orange Glazed Baby Carrots, Cranberry Mostarda

Confit Turkey Leg & Celery Brioche Stuffing, Pan Gravy

 

 

Dessert

 Pear & Apple Crisp

Dark Rum Salted Caramel, French Vanilla Gelato
