The Lakeside Cottage is located a short distance from the Main Restaurant and offers a beautiful, private setting with views of Deer Lake through floor to ceiling windows.

This venue has a gas fireplace, private washrooms and WiFi.

It can accommodate up to 32 guests at round tables of 8, or up to 22 guests boardroom style.

Rental of the Lakeside Cottage includes use of the lawn for cocktail receptions and lawn games.

The Rosedale is our largest private room. It can accommodate up to 36 guests boardroom style, 60 at round tables (40 with half-rounds) or up to 80 guests theatre style.

This room has windows overlooking Deer Lake, a fireplace, and a separate bar and cocktail area.

The adjacent Avalon Room can be combined with this room to facilitate breakout sessions or accommodate buffets.  

The rental of this room includes the use of a sound system for background music and a wired microphone.

The Avalon Room suits groups of 8 to 16 guests perfectly with windows overlooking the north side of the Hart House Estate and the mountains.

Hart House Restaurant's main dining room is available for exclusive buyout bookings and can accommodate up to 80 guests seated, and 100 reception-style. In the summer months this includes access to one of the Lower Mainland's most gorgeous patios.

The restaurant has four fireplaces, a bar and a sound system for background music and speeches.

The Fireside room is part of the main restaurant, and can be rented as a private or semi-private room.It has a fireplace and windows facing the north and west side.

This room can be set with one table of up to 18 guests, or two tables of 10.

Menu options include a customized a la carte menu (limited selection of the main dining room menu) or a Prix Fixe menu.

The Tent is available from mid-May to early October, with a capacity of up to 200 guests. It has a full floor, lighting as well as power hookups for audio visual equipment.

The rental of the Tent includes use of the lawn for cocktail receptions and lawn games.
