SERVICES
Hart House Restaurant provides
- an event manager and a dedicated service team.
- Round Tables, cocktail tables
- white padded folding chairs
- white square linens, cloth napkins
- china and flatware as well as all stemware
- additional tables such as guest book, gift table or cake table as required
If you wish to select different types of chairs or linens we are happy to provide vendor recommendations and rental information.
We will work with you to custom-tailor your menu, wine choices and itinerary. With many years of experience in fine dining and event planning, we share a commitment to flawless service.
VENDORS & DÉCOR
We will gladly provide a list of recommended vendors ranging from decorators to wedding commissioners; please note that Hart House has a list of DJs that must be selected from. Our linens are square white.
Floor length table cloths can be rented with extra fees or provided by your decorator.
WINE & BAR SERVICE
Hart House Restaurant’s wine program features an ever-changing list of local and international wines.
Ask us about wine pairings for your dinner, or a feature cocktail between ceremony and reception.
All bar services are provided by Hart House Restaurant with options to customize.
CUISINE
Our Executive Chef creates menus that are sustainable and sourced locally.
Our menu features Mediterranean inspired Cuisine with a focus on the freshest regional and seasonal produce.
Hart House Restaurant is a proud member of Oceanwise.
Hart House Restaurant provides all food and beverages, with the exception of wedding cakes.
A $2.00 per person fee will be charged for the cutting and plating of wedding cakes.
No charge will apply to cupcakes or fake cakes. Food and beverage minimums apply to all bookings.
MENU PLANNING
All menu details are finalized one month prior to the event. If a plated menu is chosen, main course choices must be pre-ordered and submitted to Hart House no later than 10 days prior to the event. We recommend scheduling at least one face to face meeting with one of our planners before invitations are printed and mailed. Menu prices are subject to change; the availability of menu items can vary depending on the season. In lieu of menu tastings, we offer a complimentary a la carte dinner for the bride and groom in our restaurant, once the wedding is confirmed. This offer is subject to a minimum size of the planned event, and applies to food only.
CEREMONIES
Hart House Restaurant offers complimentary wedding ceremonies in conjunction with receptions in the tent. A 'ceremony-only' event can be accommodated on Weekends between 10:30am and 12pm with a flat rental fee and no food and beverage service.
Hart House Restaurant includes white chairs and a signing table.
BRIDE’S ROOM
Hart House includes the use of a complimentary bride’s room
only
for tented events.
The room is available one hour before the contracted booking time.
REHEARSAL
A 30 minute ceremony rehearsal is permitted on the lawns, subject to availability, at no additional cost.
All rehearsals are self-conducted.
