Let's gather around one big table and celebrate Canadian food and wine from the East Coast to the West.
Enjoy a four course menu curated by Chef Soo, with ingredients sourced from across Canada.
Each savory course is paired with two wines from BC and Ontario.
Canapes are served with sparkling wine from Novia Scotia.

Dinner is served outdoors at one long table set up on the lawn (in case of rain the table is moved into our heated tent).
